Do the spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. Every template is tested in both Excel and Google Sheets.

Which version of Excel do I need?

Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, or Excel for Microsoft 365. The templates also open in LibreOffice, though a few charts may look slightly different.

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you’ll see download links on the order page, and we email them to you too. Your downloads never expire, and you can download again any time from your account.

Is there a physical product?

No. Everything in the shop is a digital download. Nothing is shipped.

Can I print the storybook more than once?

Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own family, classroom or study circle. Please don’t resell or share the file itself.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital files, we can’t accept returns once a file has been downloaded. If anything doesn’t work as described, message us and we’ll fix it or make it right.

Can I use a template for my clients or business?

You can use the templates for your own personal or business records. The licence doesn’t allow reselling, sharing or redistributing the files, with or without changes.
