What’s inside

• Dashboard: sales and profit so far vs your yearly goals, goal progress, best month, sales by channel, amount not paid yet, open launch tasks and a monthly target vs actual chart
• Setup: business name, plan year, currency, yearly sales goal, profit goal, and your own sales and marketing channels
• Yearly Goals: 5 to 8 goals with target, actual, progress % and status (Done, On track, Behind). Link a goal to sales, profit, orders, new customers, posts or launches and it fills in for you
• Monthly Plan: January to December with sales target vs actual, expense budget vs actual, profit, orders and new customers
• Quarterly Review: quarter totals add up by themselves, with space for your wins, lessons and focus for next quarter
• Clients & Orders: date, client, item, amount, paid and sales channel. Monthly sales, orders and new customers fill in from here

• Launch Planner: product or service launches broken into tasks with due dates. Each task shows Done, Due soon or Overdue

How it works

1. Download the files after purchase
2. Open in Excel, or upload to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets
3. Add your goals and monthly targets, then log orders and plan launches, content and weekly priorities as you go. Type only in the yellow cells. Everything else updates by itself

Good to know

• Works in Excel 2016 or newer, Excel for Mac, Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets
• A planner with light tracking, not bookkeeping software. Expenses are typed as one total per month
• Any currency. Change the plan year on Setup to reuse it next year
• Statuses use today’s date, so Overdue and Due soon update each time you open the file
• This is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped
